That it is at the Spa’s discretion to stop a service or refuse a service, if the service provider feel unsafe, mistreated, or harassed verbally or physically by a client
Our clients must be at least 16 years old to receive spa service. Underage guests must chaperoned by adults.
We provide spa service to all genders.
Our service require you lay down flat at most times during the treatment. Please be aware to the situation an prepare for it at advance.
Guests with heart disease or metal implants will not be provided with Micro-current, light therapy and High frequency service.

Appointment

We encourage you to use our online system to make appointments.
All appointments require a $25 non-refundable deposit. 5 guest Maximum during the same time.
We take card payments with $1 process fee, Venmo and Zelle no extra fee. No Cash App and PayPal. Please bring cash for tips. Thanks for your understanding.
Any cancellations or rescheduling within 24Hr will incur a $25 fee. You could change the appointment in the confirmation email or text us at 312-900-9988.
If you are running late, we kindly request you text us so we could let your practitioner know. Those arriving 15+ mins after their appointment time may cut short with the treatment time.

We do not offer online or pay over the phone gift cards. All gift cards must be purchased in store.
All packages and gift-cards purchases are not refundable or redeemed for cash.
No expiration date.
